What You’ll Do
•
Define product vision, set goals, and plan features and requirements
•
Identify customer pain points and opportunities through market research
•
Work closely with designers and engineers to create clear specs and drive execution
•
Run experiments, analyze data, and iterate to improve product performance
•
Prioritize high-impact work and manage timelines and delivery
•
Understand on-chain data and design intuitive ways to present it to users

You Might Be a Good Fit If You:
•
Have 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in web-based products
•
Are curious about the Web3 space and eager to learn more
•
Communicate effectively across teams and roles
•
Have used analytics tools like GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Tableau
•
Are fluent in Korean and English, with no issues collaborating across regions
•
Enjoy solving complex problems and breaking them down into actionable steps
Bonus Points If You:
•
Learn quickly and enjoy new challenges
•
Have led a product from ideation to launch (or even built your own)
•
Thrive in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments
•
Combine technical and business thinking with a data-driven approach
•
Have experience in crypto, finance, or data platforms
•
Trade crypto, participate in communities, or follow market trends
•
Use tools like TradingView, Glassnode, Dune, or Nansen
•
Hold a degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
